This documentary profiles the young owners of businesses, from fish to fashion, as they deal with the ups and downs of running their companies and their lives. Despite negative messages about the failure rate of small businesses, these young men and women explain that they are not afraid to take risks and are forging ahead to carve out a place for themselves in society. Although a high percentage of the "Generation X" 15 to 24 age group are out of school and unemployed, these ambitious young adults, part of a new "Generation E" for Entrepreneur, show that one alternative to unemployment is self-employment.
